The JB60-30 laser screed machine is a high-performance, high-end machine with high value. It features an integrated screed head that performs screeding, leveling, and vibrating compaction in a single pass. A scraper moves concrete from high areas to lower areas, while the JIUBANG machine's "Quick Pass" feature spreads over-accumulated concrete during unloading without manual intervention. A hydraulically driven auger cuts the concrete to the base surface, while the excess is transferred to the right side via a double auger and offset scraper. Simultaneously, an extended curved baffle further flattens the over-accumulated concrete on the right side and pushes it into the auger's spreading area, significantly reducing the overlap width.
The machine's telescopic boom can reach over concrete, allowing the operator to step over various components such as saddle-supported rebar, mesh, drain pipes, and sweepouts. A powerful hydraulic system controls the auger's elevation to maintain a consistent base surface, resulting in a smoother surface compared to fixed-mounted machines, even with low slump concrete!
